Cottage Cheese Cookies Recipe
The recipe was born spontaneously. I wasn't even going to present it to your court, dear cooks. The recipe has not been worked out, so two "I" were fighting in me. I have never added cottage cheese and mozzarella to the dough at the same time. At the last moment I thought it might be delicious, so I took off only the last two steps. The result exceeded expectations. It's not just delicious, but very appetizing. Try it, maybe you, like me, will like the cookie recipe.
