The recipe was born spontaneously. I wasn't even going to present it to your court, dear cooks. The recipe has not been worked out, so two "I" were fighting in me. I have never added cottage cheese and mozzarella to the dough at the same time. At the last moment I thought it might be delicious, so I took off only the last two steps. The result exceeded expectations. It's not just delicious, but very appetizing. Try it, maybe you, like me, will like the cookie recipe.

Instructions
- A set of ingredients for making cookies. In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients: flour (450 gr.), baking powder (1 pack), salt (1 tablespoon), sugar 1 (tablespoon). Mix the dry ingredients. Pre-wipe the balls of cottage cheese and mozzarella through a metal sieve. This step should not be neglected. Cottage cheese and mozzarella should have a thin homogeneous consistency. Add cold butter and mozzarella grated on a coarse grater to the cottage cheese (it is advisable to freeze the butter in the freezer). Mix the mixture of cottage cheese and butter / RUB until a homogeneous structure is obtained. Then add a mixture of dry ingredients. Knead a soft plastic dough. Lightly sprinkle the surface of the table with flour. Roll out the dough into a layer 5-6 mm thick. Use a cookie cutter to cut out various figures. Sprinkle the cookies with sugar.
