Cranberry-Raspberry Drink "Vitamin" Recipe
Hot summer days are ahead. I suggest preparing a compote of cranberries and raspberries, despite the special tastes of each berry, they are perfectly combined. Fragrant from raspberries and star anise, with a characteristic bitterness of cranberries, compote will quench your thirst and enrich with vitamins. Most importantly, do not forget to cool before use. Be healthy!

Ingredients
- 2 liters Water
- 3 tablespoons Cranberries frozen
- 3 tablespoons Raspberries frozen
- 2 twigs Mint
- 7 pieces Currant leaf
- 1 piece Star anise
- 100 gram Sugar
Instructions
- Boil water, adding berries and star anise, 100 g of sugar.
- Wash the mint and currant leaves and add them to the pot.
- Bring sugar to taste, crush the berries with a spoon, so they will give more juice. Allow to boil and remove from the heat. Cool.
- Pour into a jug and place in the refrigerator to cool.
