- 400 ml Cream (20%)
- 3 tablespoons Condensed milk
- 100 gram chocolate milk
- 14 gram Gelatin (instant, in no case more, and maybe even a little less.)

- Pour the cream evenly into two bowls. Put one bowl in the refrigerator, and add condensed milk to the second. Stir the mixture and put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds or heat it over low heat in a small saucepan. The mixture should become quite hot, but in no case should it boil. Add half the gelatin and stir continuously for 5-7 minutes, until it completely dissolves, and the mixture is almost cool.
