Pour the cream evenly into two bowls. Put one bowl in the refrigerator, and add condensed milk to the second. Stir the mixture and put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds or heat it over low heat in a small saucepan. The mixture should become quite hot, but in no case should it boil. Add half the gelatin and stir continuously for 5-7 minutes, until it completely dissolves, and the mixture is almost cool.
Strain through a fine sieve and pour into glasses, cream glasses or wine glasses. Put in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
After about 1 hour, start preparing the second layer.
Break the chocolate into pieces and put them in a second bowl with the milk and cream mixture.
Put in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove the bowl and stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved. The mixture was again heated. Add the remaining gelatin and mix until it is completely dissolved, 5-7 minutes.
Strain and pour into glasses over the milk-cream layer. Remove to the refrigerator until completely solidified.
