I offer a very successful recipe for delicious and flavorful Apple draniki. You can serve them for Breakfast or as a snack. They are prepared quite simply and quickly (within 10-15 minutes). Be sure to try them, they will appeal to both children and adults.
Peel and grate the apples on a coarse grater, add vanilla and ordinary sugar, salt, eggs and mix.
Dilute semolina, sifted flour and mix thoroughly. Spread with a spoon on a pan heated with sunflower oil and fry on a low heat until Golden brown.
Serve with honey or sour cream.
