- Dissolve the swollen gelatin in a water bath. Divide the cottage cheese and all the ingredients into 2 parts, one part will be with white chocolate, the other with dark chocolate. Beat 300 g of cottage cheese with a blender with 3 tbsp. l. sugar, 100 ml cream, 50 ml gelatin, 100 g chocolate, a pinch of salt.
