Soak gelatin in 100 ml of milk or water until it swells completely.
Break the chocolate and melt in different cups (separately white, separately dark).
Dissolve the swollen gelatin in a water bath.
Divide the cottage cheese and all the ingredients into 2 parts, one part will be with white chocolate, the other with dark chocolate. Beat 300 g of cottage cheese with a blender with 3 tbsp. l. sugar, 100 ml cream, 50 ml gelatin, 100 g chocolate, a pinch of salt.
Put the mass into a mold and refrigerate.
If there is no mold, put the mixture in a simple cup.
While part of the curd mass is cooling, we repeat everything, but with a different bar of chocolate.
We take out the chilled mass and spread the second part of the curd-chocolate mass on it, level it.
We send to the refrigerator.
