- Now we take cups (glasses, jars) as molds. Cut off a piece of food wrap, fold in half (in two layers) and cover the glass with the edge of the fold on top, and then fix the film on the bottom. Do the same with the rest of the molds. Put the molds in a horizontal position, and then carefully fill them with half of the raspberry puree (using a cooking bag, pre-cut a small tip on the bag). Leave the molds to cool at room temperature, and then send them to the refrigerator to completely solidify.
