Australian chocolate dessert "Rocky road" is very delicious and very beautiful. It was invented in the 19th century by local merchants-entrepreneurs who carried various sweets and treats between cities. On the way, very often the sweets lost their marketable appearance and here they realized to mix and combine them with melted chocolate. Then the dessert was cut and sold on the way to everyone. Curiously, in Australia, the UK and the US, the composition of the dessert differs. For example, in the US they put marshmallows and almonds, in Australia-pistachios, coconut, nougat, marmalade, and in the UK they like cookies and raisins. Naturally, the dessert looks more spectacular and appetizing if it is collected from multi-colored components. Red dried cherries or strawberries, green pistachios, colorful candied fruits or marmalade, cookies-feel free to combine everything and let it be delicious!

Instructions
- Prepare everything for dessert. I have a bar of white chocolate with strawberry flavor (so pink). I tell you right away, I didn't weigh or count the nuts. See for yourself under the circumstances how much and what to put. If there is a lot of filler, then when cutting the tile will not cut, but break. Although, with a lot of different nuts will taste better. The filler can be taken to taste, it can be marshmallows, dried fruits, air rice, peanuts, etc.
- Pour boiling water over the almonds and leave for 15 minutes, then remove the skin. Dry the hazelnuts in the microwave and remove the brown skin. Wash the raisins and dried cherries and dry them with a paper towel. Peel the pistachios. I made dessert in plastic cookie boxes, size 9 by 6 cm. I distributed the filler into two such boxes.
- Break the chocolate bar into pieces and melt it in the microwave. Make sure it doesn't burn. I turned on the microwave for 30-40 seconds several times, until the chocolate took the desired consistency. Distribute the melted chocolate into the molds, quickly mix with the nuts and seal. Marshmallow can be added, but in the end, keep in mind that it melts from hot chocolate. I put some in, just pressing the marshmallow pieces into the dessert. Send the dessert forms to the refrigerator to freeze for at least 2 hours. As a result, I got two dessert tiles measuring 9 by 6 cm, 2 cm high.
