1. Boil the fish. Add salt and bay leaf. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
2. Fry the carrots and onions all separately.
3. Boil the eggs.
4. Cut the fish and mix with carrots and onions, grate the eggs and hard cheese, add to the salad.
5. Add mayonnaise and spices to taste.
