Wash the wings, dry them with a paper towel and cut off the most inedible, third part of the wing.
Cut the onion into half rings, chop the garlic.
In a suitable bowl, add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, vinegar and mayonnaise to the wings. Mix everything thoroughly, close the lid and leave for a few hours.
Cook the wings on the grill, on a low heat, browning on both sides, until tender.
