Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Chicken wings
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Wash the wings, dry them with a paper towel and cut off the most inedible, third part of the wing.
- Cut the onion into half rings, chop the garlic. In a suitable bowl, add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, vinegar and mayonnaise to the wings. Mix everything thoroughly, close the lid and leave for a few hours.
- Cook the wings on the grill, on a low heat, browning on both sides, until tender.
- Serve hot with vegetables and herbs.
