- Fry on coals for 3 minutes on each side. Adjust the time depending on the size of the mushrooms and the temperature of the coals. The main thing is not to keep mushrooms on the grill for a long time. I managed to bake mushrooms only on the grill. It didn't work on the platter. Rather, the mushrooms did not reach the dish - they were eaten on the fly!
