- To make yogurt, I used a bacterial starter "Natural yogurt". Everything is pretty fast and simple. Take milk at room temperature - 1 liter. Pour the milk into the dry starter and mix well to get a homogeneous mass.
- Pour boiling water into a thermos to the mark and put it in a yogurt maker for 10 hours to cook. After 10 hours, I take out the finished yogurt and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- The result is a delicious, thick drinking yogurt with a delicate creamy taste.

- In a measuring cup, mix well the freshly prepared natural yogurt from Orsik, ice water and sea salt (if desired, you can chop and add fresh mint, but a more traditional option is to add whole small leaves for decoration).
- Use ayran chilled. If you cook it at least once, you will realize that it is an indispensable refreshing cocktail, ideal for quenching thirst and light hunger in the heat.
