I've been wanting to bake this wonderful chocolate cake for a long time. This chocolate-filled cake is called Moretto. The recipe is ancient and not complicated at all. The peculiarity of the cake is that it is prepared without baking soda and baking powder, has a dense texture, but at the same time it is tender, with a bright creamy chocolate taste.
