For a long time I wanted to make this wonderful chocolate cake. This cake is full of chocolate called Moretto. The recipe is ancient and not at all hard. The peculiarity of the cake is that it is prepared without baking soda and baking powder, has a dense texture, but at the same time it is gentle, with a bright creamy chocolate taste.
Flour, sugar, a pinch of salt, chocolate mix in a bowl. Chocolate pre-grate on a coarse grater.
Mix the eggs in a separate container.
Add the eggs to the dry mixture, mix well.
Pour in the butter, stir until smooth.
Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Pour the dough into it. The size of my form 25×11 cm, height 8 cm.
Bake the cake in the oven at 180 gr. 1 hour. If the top starts to burn, cover with foil. After an hour, remove the cake from the mold, turn upside down and put another bake for 10 minutes. If you have convection in the oven, turn it on.
To give the cupcake a beautiful look, pour its glaze.3 tbsp milk to heat, add broken chocolate and stir well, all the icing ready. Serve this cake can be with a scoop of ice cream. I really liked this chocolate cake, and I recommend you to cook it.
