Since champignons are considered environmentally friendly mushrooms, the main task is to thoroughly wash them. It is also important that the mushrooms are very fresh. Preferably young, with a whole film.
Cut them into 4 pieces and put them in a container, which we can seal at the end.
Add chopped herbs, salt, sugar, lime juice to the chopped mushrooms. Instead of lime juice, you can take lemon, as well as just vinegar, but lime acid is softer. If desired, you can add cloves and pepper.
Close our container, shake for 5 minutes and leave to marinate. In 10 minutes our mushrooms will be ready.
If the mushrooms are cut into plates, but not very thin, they will be ready in 5 minutes.
