- 200 gram Broccoli boiled
- 300 gram Mussels frozen
- 190 gram Spaghetti I have buckwheat, you can have any.We use 60-70 g per serving, not 80
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 piece Peppers red hot small ,I didn't use it because of the baby
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- Boil the broccoli for 2 minutes in boiling water and add to the clams. I removed the garlic. The recipe suggested stewing broccoli in a frying pan for 10 minutes and then adding clams. Dip the spaghetti in boiling salted water, cook for the time indicated on the package, even a minute less, al dente)
- Leave a couple of minutes on the fire, in order to make friends with the products. Decant the pasta and add to the sauce. Do not forget to add a ladle of water from the pasta and press a couple of small broccoli with a fork to get a delicious and beautiful sauce. This dish is not sprinkled with cheese, but if you really want it, you can!!
