Pepper Stuffed with Beans and Vegetables Recipe
Pepper stuffed with beans and vegetables is a quick lunch or dinner. Cooking is simple and fast. Cooked in a microwave oven, it can be baked in the oven. If you replace the cheese with green onions or herbs, then it will be a lean dish.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Red sweet pepper
- 2 pieces Hard cheese
- 2 tablespoons Beans canned
- Greens to taste
Instructions
- Cut the pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and partitions. Place the peppers in a baking dish and place in the microwave (360 V) or oven (200 C) for 10 minutes. I cooked in the microwave.
