Mix the meat and pumpkin in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, juice of one lemon, honey and garlic, passed through the press.
Stir and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a frying pan.
Add the meat and pumpkin. Fry over high heat, stirring constantly, until the chicken meat turns white.
Grease the prepared baking dish or baking
sheet with sunflower oil. Spread the pumpkin with the meat.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200*C for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in the microwave.
You can add dry sage or garlic.
