- 65 gram Butter soft
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Seasoning Dry greens ( I have Provencal, not necessarily)
Filling:
- 300 gram Pumpkin raw
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 15 gram Hard cheese I have Grano
- 150 gram Bryndza Cheese
- 80 gram Sour Cream (10%)
- 30 gram Seeds A mixture of pumpkin and sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
- Seasoning Dry herbs ( optional), garlic powder, for baking pumpkin
