Quick chicken Fillet Recipe
I want to introduce you to a great recipe for a quick, very juicy, easy-to-prepare chicken fillet! The recipe has been tested more than once, the result is always excellent, personal time takes five minutes and is very pleasing to the household! I found it some time ago on a Malaysian website, now I share it with you and I will be glad if you like it as much as I do!
Instructions
  1. I have already mentioned that the recipe is quick and the very first thing we need is to warm up the oven well at a temperature of two hundred degrees.

  2. We wash the flash drive, dry it with paper towels. On the lower part of the fillet, make incisions, sprinkle with olive oil, add chopped garlic and rub into the breast. Then mix honey, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt and black pepper, mix well, rub the fillet mixture and leave to marinate for fifteen minutes.

  3. The baking dish is covered with parchment paper, we spread the fillets with cuts down and send them to the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes on the middle shelf, then switch to the "grill" mode and keep it for a couple of minutes until a golden crust with a light tan appears. Here you should already be guided by your oven-in order for the breast to be juicy, but fully fried, in the thickest place of the fillet, the temperature should be about 72-73 degrees. You can check the degree of readiness by making an incision with a knife, but still it is better to control the temperature with a kitchen thermometer... If you have not yet purchased, I strongly advise you to buy, a useful thing, I have three of them and one of them is laser..
