A liqueur with an amazing taste! And I don't say anything about taste at all: with all my calm attitude to alcohol, I can't resist it!

  1. If the raspberries are fresh, carefully sort through the raspberries, choosing only whole, undamaged berries (I used frozen berries and added them to vodka without defrosting). Rinse the raspberries, pour them into a jar. Pour sugar into the jar. Pour vodka, shake the jar. Put the jar of berries in a dark place, protected from direct sunlight. From time to time (about once a day), the jar should be shaken so that the sugar dissolves better (I had liquor for 2 weeks, shook the jar every day. After 2 weeks, the liquor was ready. The recipe stated that the liquor would be ready only in a month.
