Instructions
- Peel the rutabaga, wash the apples and greens. Put a pot of water on the fire and bring to a boil. Add a little salt to the water. Grate the rutabaga on a coarse grater, flip it into a colander (or sieve) and boil in salted boiling water. While the rutabaga is cooling, peel the apples and cut into strips. Sprinkle with lemon juice (or mix with it) so that it does not darken.
