- In this salad, you can use ready-made pickled seaweed. I prefer to buy frozen. Boil the cabbage for 15 minutes. Then we throw it into a colander and rinse it, it may be sand. I usually pickle cabbage for the future. For 1 kg of boiled cabbage - 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 60 ml of 6% vinegar. Just pour vinegar over the cabbage, add salt, sugar and mix. In this form, it can be stored in a jar for a long time in the refrigerator.
