Salad with Avocado and Chickpeas Recipe
If you have an avocado and a can of chickpeas + dried tomatoes, you can quickly prepare such a delicious and hearty salad that will suit any meat dish.

Instructions
The necessary ingredients. The oil and greens in the picture are not included.
Cut fresh and dried tomatoes and bell peppers into cubes. Add chickpeas. I used canned food.
Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice from darkening.
Cut a few sprigs of coriander or any other greens.
Mix mustard, oil and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
Mix all the ingredients and season the salad.
