Just imagine: a salad of fresh tomatoes, seasoned with olive oil, with fresh basil leaves and tender canned red beans... delicious salad with a very high protein content (thanks to beans).
Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut them into large cubes. Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings. Separate the leaves from the basil twigs, tear them with your hands or leave them whole.
Stir, add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, add olive oil and mix.
