When you want rolls, but you don't want to bother with their preparation. Then I resort to this recipe.

Instructions
Peel the bell pepper, cut it into small cubes, and put it in a bowl

Cut the onion into half rings, add to the other ingredients.

Pre-boiled rice roll up with a bamboo mat, put on a plate.
Place the tuna and vegetables on top.
Sprinkle with crushed egg yolk and lemon zest.
Garnish the dish with bell pepper, egg and dill.
