- 1 piece Salmon
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons Green tea
- 1-2 tablespoons Mint

- Put the envelope in the pan, put the salmon on it. Just in case, put another sheet of foil under the envelope so that you don't scrape the caramel out of the mold later. I only have an envelope here, but the second time I did it with a different layer of foil. Cover the pan, heat over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and leave for 15-20 minutes.
