The finished fish is moderately salty, very tender and delicious. And for salting, you can use any fresh red fish: salmon, pink salmon or salmon. Make an experiment-cook the fish according to this recipe. After that, you will not want to buy in the store!

Cook Time 45 minutes
Ingredients
- 500 gram Salmon
- 2 tablespoons Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom
- 1 piece Orange zest
Instructions
- Wash a piece of fish, remove all the bones, wipe with a paper towel. In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients. I use sea salt, but it is less salty than rock salt or granulated salt. Therefore, it should be taken 1:2 ( 1 part sugar, 2 parts salt).
- Rub the fish on all sides with the mixture and lay the skin down.
- Cover with plastic wrap, and put in the refrigerator for one, or better for two days.
- When the fish is ready, if necessary, clean the fish from the marinade, remove the skin, blot the paper towel.
- Next, you can prepare delicious sandwiches or canapes. You can use it when preparing any other snack or serve it sliced on a platter.
