Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Put the dough on a baking sheet, smooth it with a spatula.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Take out the roll and lay it upside down (there will be baking paper on top) on a towel. Take another wet towel to wipe the top of the roll with it, on which we have baking paper laid. (This is necessary so that the baking paper easily separates from the roll and does not damage the soft cake)
Then very quickly spread the roll with your favorite jam and roll it into a roll.
