Instructions
- For the roll, I'll take a small Turkey fillet. The package contains 2 pieces of fillet - 500 g. I will make a roll from one piece -250 g. The pieces are smooth and beautiful. Cut the piece with a knife into two parts, without cutting through. Align the edges, i.e. form a rectangle or square with smooth sides. Beat off the fillet on both sides. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with Provencal herbs, I also added dry Basil.
- In the filling, I will take a fatter hard cheese, finely chopped herbs: dill; parsley; green onions, garlic, cranberries and butter. Butter with fat cheese will give the roll a very creamy taste. Grate the cheese on a medium grater, finely chop the garlic and herbs. Mix everything together. Cut a large piece of foil so that you can wrap the rolled roll well. If you will make a roll in the coals in nature, then take 2 pieces of foil, first wrap it in one piece, then wrap it in the second for insurance. so that the foil doesn't break and the juice doesn't leak out. Spread the rectangle of fillet in spices on the foil. On a piece of fillet spread pieces of butter around the perimeter, as much as will fit. Lay out the filling carefully ( see photo! ). Spread the cranberries fresh or frozen. You don't need to put cranberries if you don't have them.
