Ingredients
Dough:
- 100 gram Butter
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 5 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons Water ice
Filling:
- 300 gram Plums pitted
- 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 3 pieces Cookies shortbread
- Cinnamon
On top:
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
Instructions
- To start the test. Put cold butter, sugar and flour cut into pieces in a food processor. Pour in the water and whisk. You should get the dough. Attention, water and flour may need more or less.
- Roll the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the table with baking paper. Roll out the dough on paper with a thickness of 5 mm. Transfer the dough paper to a baking tray. Finely chop the cookies and put them on the dough.
- Remove the seeds from the plums, cut them into slices and put them on the cookies, leaving a rim of about 3-4 cm.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Fold the edges of the dough onto the filling. Brush the top of the dough with water and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for about 45-55 minutes until soft and golden brown. The time may vary, take care of yourself.
