- 2 pieces Tomato juice
- 2 pieces Onion
- 3-4 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- Green Onion
- Salt ( to taste)
- 2-3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 0.5 teaspoons Sugar (not obligatory)
- 2-3 tablespoons Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar

- Then add tomatoes and green onions. Add a little salt, if desired, you can add 0.5 tsp of sugar so that it is not sour. Simmer for 1 minute without covering with a lid. Remove from the heat and add soy sauce and vinegar (apple or wine vinegar, if desired, can not be added). Mix everything thoroughly.
