Peel and core the zucchini, cut into half rings and add salt.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pieces over high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until a light blush appears. Turn on the oven at the same time so that it warms up to a temperature of 180*C.
Place the fried half-rings tightly in a baking dish. When the bottom is closed, lubricate the first layer with a small layer of sour cream, and put the next portion on top.
The last portion is also smeared with sour cream, sprinkled with paprika, dried garlic and Provencal herbs. Put it to bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
I prefer to eat this dish as an independent one, adding fresh cold sour cream to hot zucchini.
