Zucchini in Sour Cream Recipe
My favorite version of cooking zucchini-so they are delicious both hot and cold; and as an independent dish, and as a side dish to meat. They are easy to prepare, and require a minimum of ingredients.

  1. Peel and core the zucchini, cut into half rings, and add salt.

  2. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, and fry the pieces on high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, until a light blush appears. At the same time, turn on the oven to heat up to a temperature of 180 * C.
