Peel and core the zucchini, cut into half rings, and add salt.
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, and fry the pieces on high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, until a light blush appears. At the same time, turn on the oven to heat up to a temperature of 180 * C.
Place the fried half-rings tightly in a baking dish. When the bottom is closed, lubricate the first layer with a small layer of sour cream, and spread the next portion on top.
The last portion is also smeared with sour cream, sprinkle with paprika, dried garlic and Provencal herbs. Place in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes to bake.
I prefer to eat this dish as an independent one, adding fresh cold sour cream to hot zucchini.
