For a bright and beautiful start to the day, I suggest you treat yourself to toast with a summer palette of orange and raspberry flavors. Cottage cheese and honey will add satiety and usefulness.
Wash the orange. Remove the zest and mix with the cheese. Squeeze the juice from half an orange. Beat the eggs with orange juice until smooth. Roll the bread in this mixture. It should keep its shape and not fall apart.
