Instructions
- Pour sunflower oil into a duck dish or baking dish with a thick bottom, fry 2 cloves of crushed garlic so that it gives its flavor, you do not need to fry it very much, otherwise it will be bitter. Then fry the shins until the crust is formed, add the chopped vegetables, tarragon leaves, Apple cider vinegar, 300 ml of water, black pepper, salt to taste (I add 1 tbsp of salt without a slide).
- Cover with a lid, send to the preheated oven and bake for 2.5 hours at a temperature of 160 degrees, after 1.5 hours, turn the shins. Allow to cool in the oven for another 1 hour, do not open the oven door. The Turkey shins are ready, the meat is easily removed from the bone, it is very juicy and tender. Serve with a side dish and don't forget to put the baked tomatoes with bell pepper and pour over the rich broth. Bon Appetit!
