- 2 pieces Egg
- 4 teaspoons Curd cheese
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 twig Dill
- Spices (a pinch of: salt, mixture of peppers)
- 4 slices Cucumber

- Chop the yolk with a fork. Add to it curd cheese, garlic passed through the press, salt, pepper and dill finely chopped. Mix everything thoroughly. If desired, you can add a spoonful of mayonnaise. Stuff the eggs with the filling. Slice the cucumber and stick a cent in each half of the egg. Garnish with a sprig of dill.
