- Put paprika, salt, black pepper, soda in the minced meat and pour mineral sparkling water. Thanks to soda and mineral water, the minced meat will be juicy and tender. Don't worry, the soda in the finished cutlets will not be heard, it will react with mineral water. Do not put a lot of salt, then cheese will be added, it is salty.
