- 300 gram Pork ribs smoked ribs
- 2 pieces Chicken drumstick
- 7-8 pieces Potatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Tomato
- 3-4 tablespoons Rice
- 1-2 pieces Bay leaf
- 3-4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- In a pot of cold water, put the smoked pork ribs and chicken drumsticks (I have 2 PCs.), put on the fire and cook for about an hour, periodically removing the scale. (I like to cook broths for a long time, but the cooking time can be shortened). After the broth is ready, add the potatoes, cut into small cubes.
