In a pot of cold water, put the smoked pork ribs and chicken drumsticks (I have 2 PCs.), put on the fire and cook for about an hour, periodically removing the scale. (I like to cook broths for a long time, but the cooking time can be shortened). After the broth is ready, add the potatoes, cut into small cubes.
Remove the meat from the broth.
And we disassemble it into fibers.
Onion cut into small cubes.
Bell pepper - straws.
Cooking the roast. Heat the vegetable oil, add the onion and fry it until transparent. Then add the carrots and fry to the state that you like in soups.
Then add the bell pepper and fry for a few minutes.
Then add the tomatoes.
Fry everything together, then cover with a lid and simmer for a few minutes under the lid. This is the roast I got.
As soon as the potatoes have boiled, add the well-washed rice, meat, and Bay leaf. I also add 1 tsp. Bouquet of spring greens and vegetables from “Seasoning.”. Cook until the rice is ready
Then add the roast, salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Cook for a few minutes.
At the end of cooking, add the herbs. I have green onions, parsley, celery and coriander.
Bring to a boil and turn off the heat. Our soup is ready. Bon appetit.
