I love zucchini in any form, but I especially like to cook them according to this recipe, cottage cheese, cheese, what could be better, and olives give them piquancy!

  1. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise. With a spoon, separate part of the pulp from each half, leaving the sides. Put the pulp aside, it will go into the filling.
