Frosty weekend morning... While everyone is sleeping, basking in warm beds, it's time to prepare soft, vanilla and orange-scented bars for morning tea or coffee. And when the bars will blush their barrel in the oven, their flavor will catch up to the kitchen all... even those who like to sleep on weekends before lunch...))) As a filling, you can take any jam, but since the New Year is coming, I decided to bake bars with orange curd. Because the New Year is always associated with the smell of tangerines and oranges.

Instructions
- Knead a soft dough. It will probably stick to your hands a little, so to knead it well, you need to lubricate your hands with vegetable oil or pour a little flour on the table. Do not add too much flour, so as not to "score" the dough with flour. Round the dough and place it in a greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to rise.
- Place the finished bars on a baking sheet and brush with milk. From the dough, cut into thin strips, twist into a spiral and lay on top of the bars or decorate to your liking. Since it's winter, I wanted to make pastries with a "winter" accent. Therefore, on top of the buns, I lightly sprinkled flour mixed with vanilla. Bake in a preheated 180* oven for 25 minutes ( you need to focus on your oven). That's all-our buns are ready.
