- 200 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 2 pieces Avocado
- 150 gram Mozzarella
- 1 tbsp Balsamic
- 1 tsp Seasoning
- Black pepper

- Mozzarella (I have a ball of exactly 150 grams) is cut into the same size as the avocado and added to the vegetables. Pour a mixture of olive oil, balsamic and seasoning evenly over the top. I sprinkle more freshly ground black pepper on top and pour a little more pure olive oil over it. If desired, you can add a few leaves of fresh basil. Serve as you like - you can like me with the Italian flag, or you can just mix everything.
