Ingredients
- 350 ml Water
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 pieces Star anise
- 2 pieces Cinnamon
- 2 pieces Bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp Acetic Essence (70%)
- 1/3 tsp Black pepper
- 500 gram Onion
- 150 gram Apple
- 50 gram Cranberries
- Sunflower oil to taste

- Pour the hot marinade over the onion and apples, add the cranberries. Leave it to cool completely and put it in the refrigerator for a day. Such onions are stored in the marinade in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks. A wonderful appetizer for grilled dishes or potatoes! Before serving, if desired, you can pour sunflower oil.
