- 1/2 glass Rice
- 200 ml Water

- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

- Hot rice is seasoned with linseed oil. Use any vegetable oil you like. Remove the zest from the lemon and send it to the radish. Radish 5 pcs (1 pc will leave for decoration) grate on a grater and squeeze out the liquid. I'll send it to the salad bowl. I'll mix it up. If desired and to taste, squeeze a little lemon juice. I didn't add it. I was satisfied with the taste of one linseed oil.
