I suggest you try the shrimp in the most delicate cream sauce. The preparation of the dish will not take much time, and the velvety sauce will not leave seafood lovers indifferent.
In a frying pan with high edges, melt the butter. Add the chopped mushrooms and onion. Onions can be used any and even green. Fry everything until golden brown.
Add the peeled shrimp. (They can be pre-boiled, at your discretion). Mix well. Cook until the shrimp turns red.
Add flour and corn, mix well.
Pour in the cream. Add salt to taste. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to very low and cook for a couple of minutes, stirring.
Before serving, pepper and sprinkle with herbs ( I have green onions and dill).
