Yes, don't be surprised, it's crunchy!!! Amaretti cookies and chocolate chips added to the ice cream make it delicious and crispy... in general, it is impossible to do with one portion! And this ice cream turns out to be very chocolate, although it is made with the addition of cocoa!

Instructions
- Stirring continuously with a whisk, pour the egg mass into a mold with a creamy mixture. Cook the cream, stirring constantly, for 7 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly! Be careful, the eggs should not boil! The cream will be ready when a thin layer remains on the mixture with a wooden spoon... (as in the photo) Remove from heat and cool! Ideally, put the cooled (!) cream in the refrigerator and cool it there.
- Then place the chocolate mixture in the freezer and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions. If you don't have an ice cream machine, it's okay! It can also be prepared "manually". To do this, pour the cold mixture into a plastic container with a lid and put it in the freezer. After the first 45 minutes, take out the container with the mixture solidifying at the edges and mix it very vigorously with a spatula or whisk, completely breaking the formed "crystals". Then continue to take out and stir the freezing mixture every 30 minutes for 3-4 hours!
