Lean Brownies in the Microwave Recipe
Having tried this dish for the first time, I just fell in love with it! Judge for yourself: firstly, lean, and in lean sometimes you want something sweet and delicious to someone; secondly, a minimum of ingredients and dirty dishes; thirdly, light - does not contain a drop of fat; fourth, it is literally prepared in 10 minutes; and finally, - these are real cakes! Moderately moist, elastic, fragrant, chocolate, with a light fruity aftertaste. And literally out of nothing! You can also add nuts, but they seemed superfluous to me in such a delicate airy baking.
Instructions
  1. Sifted flour.

  2. Add cocoa, sugar, baking powder. Vanilla, if you want. The smell of chocolate is enough for me.

  3. Add applesauce. I took different things - apple, apricot, and peach. Here - "Apple-pear", baby food. You can also use blanks for homemade mashed potatoes. I still took the apricots out of the compote and punched them with a blender... the main thing is not to shift the mashed potatoes. Once I put too much (it was thick, and the spoons turned out with a slide), so the holes and springiness did not happen. The result is such solid chocolate bars. It's also delicious, but not that... in general, the puree comes out about 200 ml. And soy sauce. To be honest, there was a pinch of salt in the original recipe. Therefore, I took the liberty to replace salt with soy sauce, especially since many claim that it enhances the taste of chocolate…

  4. If it's thick, you can add a little water. In general, you should get a dough of the consistency of thick sour cream, while light and airy. If you want brownies with nuts, add half a cup of coarsely chopped walnuts.

  5. Transfer to a silicone mold (I have 9.5x16.5 cm) or cupcake molds rinsed with water.

  6. And put it in the microwave at full power for 2-4 minutes. I have a power of 900 watts, baked for 4 minutes. You may need more or less time to adjust to your microwave oven. The main thing is that the top is dry and slightly springy. That's what's going on.

  7. Let cool, remove from the mold. If the shape is large, cut into cakes. I made 7 pieces. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorate in a different way. I used sugar pencils.
