- 1 piece Sweet red pepper

- Vegetable oil
- 10 gram Cilantro

- Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into strips. Pour the oil into a frying pan and heat it up. Toss the onion in the oil, fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Add garlic and pepper, stir and remove from heat. Transfer the vegetables to a paper towel and let the excess oil drain. Remove the leaves from the cilantro sprigs and mix them with the fried onions.
